Polenta Crips

Ingredients
4 oz. ap flour
1/2 oz. corn meal
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 oz. whole butter
cold water
Instructions
1. sift dry ingred. together
2. nead in butter, add enough water, (1 T. at a time), to form a smooth dough
3. cover and let rest for 30 mins.
4. Roll out on pasta machine to desired thickness.
5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
