Ingredients

2 oz. rice vinegar
2 oz. orange juice
12 oz. vegetable oil
Xanthan Gum – pinch
Honey
1/8 tsp. Salt

Instructions

Method:
Combine the vinegar and orange juice and pour in a blender.

Add xanthan gum, salt and honey and blend on high speed.

Slowly pour in the oil until dressing is emulsified.
