1 large lime, quartered
½ cup fresh mint + extra for garnish
¼ cup sugar
2 cups Lipton Sweet Green Tea with Citrus
1 cup light rum
1 cup chilled seltzer
Method: In glass pitcher, squeeze lime; add mint and sugar. With wooden spoon, crush against side of pitcher; add lime rinds. Stir in tea and rum; add seltzer. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint.
