“My best friend and I bonded over our love of Starbucks' Chai Tea Lattes which led me to creating this bread as a special of the month”

Ingredients

1 tbsp Instant Yeast
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2.5 cups Chai Tea Concentrate
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar (extra for cinn/sugar mix)
.25 tsp Lemon Extract
3 tbsp Butter, melted
.5 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cloves
1.5 tsp Cinnamon (extra for cinn/sugar mix)
6-8 cups High Gluten Flour
1-2 cups Apples, chopped

Instructions

Mix 1 step method
Rest for 20-30 minutes
Round
Proof 1 hour
Shape and pan
Proof 1 hour
Top with cinnamon sugar mixture
Bake at 350 F for approximately 35 minutes
Allow to cool out of pan(s) on wire racks
