Cheesy Chili Fries

1lb ground chuck
1/2 lb of prepared french fries
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 brick of cheddar cheese
1 cup of milk
Start with making chili first, first brown 1lb of ground chuck, 1 clove of garlic and mince one small onion. Pull of excess fat from meat mixture, add in
on can of kidneys beans rinsed and one can of crushed tomatoes.
Deep fry a handful of fries in canola oil. In a small saucepan cut up 12 cubes of cheddar cheese, soften with 1 cup of whole milk. Slowly stir cheese sauce so it does not burn around edges. Place drained fries, top with chili and top with cheese sauce.
