3 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
¾ oz. HoneyMaker Lavender Mead
2-3 drops Lavender Flower Water (Fee Brothers)
Method: Combine gin, vermouth, mead and lavender-flower water in mixing glass. Top with ice; stir vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel over cocktail; drop in to garnish.
