Coconut Kale Lime Salad

Ingredients

5lbs shredded Kale
1lbs toasted shredded coconut
1lbs sliced limes
1gal cilantro lime dressing

Instructions

To Create:
1) 4oz Shredded Kale in bowl and toss with Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Dressing, then place in the large pasta bowl
2) Garnish with shredded coconut and a lime wedge and a toasted piece of bread
3) Serve
