Cucumber, Small dice - 1 Each
Honeydew, Small dice - 2 Cups
Watermelon, Small Dice - 1 Cup
Lemon Juice - 3 Tbsp.
Cilantro, Fresh minced - 2 Tbsp.
Ginger, Fresh grated - 1 Tsp.
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 Tsp.
Kosher salt - To taste
Greek yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Mint, Fresh leaf - 6 Each


1. Mix everything in a blender until very smooth.
2. Pour into a well chilled bowl.
3. Garnish with Greek Yogurt and a couple brunoise of melon, cucumber, and fresh mint leaf.


4-6 Servings
