Ingredients
1.5 oz. palo cortado sherry
3 oz. high-quality bloody mary mix
Splash of Guinness
Garnishes (suggested): chorizo, pickled garlic, hot cherry pepper
Instructions
Stir sherry and mix; pour over ice in pint glass. Top with Guinness. Garnish with chorizo, pickled garlic and hot cherry pepper.
