Ingredients
1.5 oz. kumquat shõchu
1 oz. Reyka vodka
0.75 oz. matcha syrup
0.5 oz. lemon juice
Viola flower, to garnish
Instructions
Mix kumquat shõchu, vodka, matcha syrup and lemon juice. Serve up in martini glass; garnish with viola flower.
