9 shrimp
1 Green onion or leek
Celery
1 Yellow onion
salt
pepper
Paprika

Instructions

bake the pate choux. Add all the vegetable together after I cook them. made the sauce hollandaise. After cook the shrimp cut it and dice in smalls pieces. combine the vegetable and the shrimp and out it in the pate au choux. Put the lemon hollandaise
