10-15 fresh organic blueberries (or blackberries or huckleberries, with added sweetener, if necessary)
½ organic lemon, in pieces
¼ oz. organic agave nectar
1½ oz. Square One organic vodka or botanical spirit
Thyme sprigs, as needed
Method: Put blueberries and lemon pieces in mixing cup; muddle to juice. Add agave nectar and vodka; top with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. Place one small thyme sprig in palm of hand; slap to release oils. Twist; place at bottom of 10 oz. glass (highball or old fashioned). Fill glass with ice; strain drink over ice. Slap large thyme sprig; add to drink.
