Cucumber Collins

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Square One cucumber organic vodka
1.5 oz. lemon juice
1.5 oz. simple syrup
3-4 oz. soda water
Cucumber, as needed for garnish

Instructions

Method: In mixing glass, put vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Cover with ice; shake well for 10 seconds. Hawthorne-strain over fresh ice in tall glass; top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber wheel, a long cucumber slice or other cucumber garnish. Variations: Yuzu Cucumber Collins—add 0.25 oz. yuzu juice; Meyer Lemon Cucumber Collins—substitute Meyer Lemon for lemon juice; Honey Cucumber Collins—use honey syrup (1:1) instead of simple syrup.
