Berry-Nana Soy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup frozen blueberries or frozen berry mix
1 banana, sliced
1 T. soy protein powder
½ cup ice cubes
1 t. honey
Instructions
Method: Puree soy milk, blueberries, banana, protein powder, ice cubes and honey in blender on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
