Banana and Saigon Cinnamon Spiced Pizza

Ingredients
1 (12-inch) pizza crust, par-baked
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 cup Dole Fresh Frozen Sliced Bananas, divided
¼ cup packed dark-brown sugar
1 t. ground Saigon cinnamon
2 T. cinnamon baking chips
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Caramel sauce, to garnish
Instructions
Method: Preheat oven to 450ºF. Put crust on pizza pan. In small bowl, stir together ricotta cheese and ½ cup banana slices; spread evenly over crust. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread half brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on pizza. Coat remaining banana slices with remaining brown sugar/cinnamon mixture; put on pizza. Sprinkle cinnamon baking chips on banana slices. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with toasted almonds; add caramel sauce.
