Ingredients
1.5 oz. House Spirits Westward White Malt Whiskey
1 oz. black tea-infused Dolin Blanc or other dry white vermouth
0.75 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. lemon juice
6 dashes Fee Brothers peach bitters
Instructions
Method: Combine all ingredients in mixing glass; add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds; strain over ice in old-fashioned glass. Garnish with large orange peel rolled in tight circle.
