Chef Jeff’s BBQ Rub

Ingredients
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chipotle pepper
1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Spicy sweet concoction can be used for any BBQ or grilled item.
