3 slices ginger
3 oz. celery juice
1 ¼ oz. sassafras syrup
½ oz. lime juice
Just less than ½ oz. mango vinegar
Ice as needed
Method: In shaker, muddle ginger. Add celery juice, sassafras syrup, lime juice and mango vinegar. Top with ice. Shake well. Double strain into double bucket with large ice cube.
