Short-Rib Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients

10 lbs. thin-cut short ribs (or steak or pork chops)
1 lb. onions, sliced
2 garlic heads, chopped
3 cups soy sauce
1½ cups white vinegar
1 cup ketchup
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Method: In mixing bowl, combine short ribs, onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and pepper. Put in plastic container. Marinate 8-24 hours, to taste. Remove meat from marinade; grill.

Yield

26 (6 oz.) portions
