Chef & Child Ingredient of the Month, May 2014

Ingredients

1 avocado
1 cup almond milk
2/3 cup dates, pitted and soaked
½ cup cacao, cocoa, or carob powder
1/8 cup coconut butter

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure lid.

2. Select Variable 1.

3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Chill for an hour and serve.
