Chef & Child Ingredient of the Month, March 2014


Muffins, whole-wheat
Tomato paste
Ham, chopped
Pineapple pieces
Grated mozzarella


1. Split muffins in half and spread each half with tomato paste.

2. Sprinkle with chopped ham, pineapple pieces and mozzarella.

3. Put on oven tray and bake at 370°F for 15 minutes or until golden.
