Turkey Chili with Cranberries

Ingredients

1½ t Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Onion chopped
2 cups Water
1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
1 16 oz can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
1 T Garlic minced
2 T Chili Powder
½ t Paprika
½ t Oregano
½ t Cayenne Pepper
½ t Ground Cumin
½ t Salt
½ t Black Pepper
1 cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and onion, and cook until meat loses its raw color, about three minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 10 minutes.
