Ingredients
1.5 oz. Galliano
1.5 oz. whipping cream
1 egg white
2 dashes orange flower water
Soda
Nutmeg
Instructions
Method: Shake first four ingredients hard with ice; strain into rocks or wine glass. Top with 1-2 oz. soda; grate nutmeg on surface.
