Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

6 medium-sized asparagus spears
0.5 T. virgin olive oil
0.1 t. kosher salt
0.1 t. cracked black pepper

Instructions

Method: Heat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus in oil, salt and pepper. Place on sheet pan; roast 4-6 min. Set aside.
