¾ cup Olive oil
¾ cup Cider vinegar
1 tsp. Dry mustard
1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup Fresh mint leaves
1 Green onion, sliced into chunks
1 T. Dry tarragon
¼ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Sour cream or plain yogurt
½ T. Salt
Place all ingredients in a food blender or mixer. Put on high speed until mixture emulsifies.
