Ingredients
8 small to medium crabs, cleaned and dressed
Seasoned flour for dusting
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of vegetable oil
Instructions
1) Pat Crabs dry; dust in ?our seasoned with salt and pepper.
2) Sauté over medium heat For 2 minutes a side.
