Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Garlic

2 T peanut oil
8 boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 T fresh rosemary, chopped
1 t salt
1 t fresh ground black pepper
1 t paprika
1) in bowl, combine oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and black pepper and paprika. Blend until smooth.
2) Wash chicken; pat dry. Place in large covered container; pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat. Seal; refrigerate For at least 1 hour.
3) Remove chicken from marinade; drain well, grill 6-8 minutes on each side over hot coals or under a preheated broiler until chicken breast is cooked through. Transfer to warm platter. Serve hot.
