Ahi Tuna Ceviche Tiradito Style

2 lbs. ahi tuna
2 serrano chiles, roughly chopped
1 bunch cilantro, stemmed and roughly chopped
1/4 cup diced ginger
1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt to taste
Chopped green onions to garnish.


1) Slice ahi tuna into very thin 3-inch long slices; set aside.

2) For sauce, mix all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Plate ahi-tuna slices; pour sauce over slices. Garnish with chopped green onions.
