Judge or Compete in World Food Sports
There are two ways to get involved with Food Sport during the 2026 ACF National Convention:
- Become a Certified EAT Judge: Register and attend the EAT Judges Course on Monday, June 29, 1–4 p.m. Upon completion, you’ll earn Certified EAT Judge status and be eligible to judge future Food Sport competitions. (The EAT Judges Course is available as an add-on registration option.)
- Compete in Food Sports: ACF is still accepting competitors for the following Food Sports categories: Bacon, Culinary Creation/Chef, and Mac & Cheese. Fill out the application form and submit it to competitions@acfchefs.org to participate.
Michael Ty Golf Tournament
Inaugural Michael Ty Golf Tournament during the ACF National Convention
Saturday, June 27, 2026,
Taking place before the start of the 2026 ACF National Convention, ACF will be hosting the Inaugural Michael Ty Memorial Golf Tournament. We invite you to join us out at the Pines Golf Club in Grand Rapids for an afternoon filled with food and drinks, golf and connection. Lunch will be provided at 12:00 PM before the tournament tees off at 2:00 PM and we will end the evening with dinner after the tournament ends. All proceeds will benefit the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation. (Lunch, dinner and drinks on the course are all included with the registration price.)
