This October, the American Culinary Federation is partnering with Fresh From Florida to celebrate Florida seafood and ACF chefs can get rewarded for showing off their culinary creativity!

Purchase one of the eligible Fresh From Florida seafood products at Publix, create a dish, and share your creation on social media. The first 150 eligible ACF members during each entry period who complete all participation requirements will receive a $100 digital Publix gift card.

Two Opportunities to Participate
Entry Period 1: October 1–15, 2026
 The first 150 eligible submissions will receive a $100 digital Publix gift card.
Entry Period 2: October 16–31, 2026
The first 150 eligible submissions will receive a $100 digital Publix gift card.

ACF members may submit once during each entry period, giving you up to two opportunities to participate during October.

How to Participate
1. Purchase an Eligible Florida Seafood Product at Publix
During the applicable entry period, purchase at least one of the following participating seafood products from a Publix location:

  • Florida Pink Shrimp
  • Cedar Key Clams
  • Bluehouse Fresh from Florida Atlantic Salmon
  • Florida Red Grouper Filets
  • Stone Crab Claws

Save your receipt! You will need to upload a copy or photo of your Publix receipt when you submit your entry. The receipt must show the purchase of an eligible seafood product during the applicable entry period.

2. Create Your Dish
 Use your qualifying Florida seafood product to create a dish of your choice. Get creative — we want to see how ACF chefs showcase Fresh From Florida seafood!

3. Share Your Dish on Social Media
 Post a photo or video of your completed dish to Instagram and/or Facebook using your personal or restaurant social media account.

Your post must be publicly viewable so ACF can verify your entry.

4. Submit Your Entry
Complete the entry form below and provide:

  • Your full name
  • ACF membership information
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Link to your qualifying Instagram or Facebook post
  • Photo or copy of your Publix receipt showing the qualifying seafood purchase
  • OPTIONAL: Share your recipe for an opportunity to be featured on the ACF website

Your entry is not considered complete until ACF receives the submission form and verifies that all participation requirements have been met.

Eligibility & Important Rules

This promotion is open only to current ACF members.

Members may submit one entry per entry period. A member may therefore participate a maximum of two times during the October campaign — once from October 1–15 and once from October 16–31.

Each entry must include a qualifying seafood purchase made at Publix during the applicable entry period. If participating in both periods, a new qualifying purchase, social media post and submission are required for each entry period.

Gift cards are available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 150 ACF members in each entry period who submit a complete, verified entry that meets all campaign requirements. Simply submitting the form does not guarantee a gift card if the 150 eligible submissions for that period have already been reached.

Incomplete submissions, submissions without a qualifying Publix receipt, posts that cannot be verified, posts that do not include the required tags, or purchases made outside the applicable entry period will not qualify.

Receiving Your Gift Card

Eligible participants will receive a $100 digital Publix gift card at the email address provided on the submission form.

Digital gift cards will be distributed within two weeks after the applicable entry period closes, following ACF's verification of qualifying submissions.

For example:
October 1–15 participants: Gift cards will be distributed within two weeks following October 15.
October 16–31 participants: Gift cards will be distributed within two weeks following October 31.
