ACF Culinary Team USA
The ACF Culinary Team USA is the official representative for the United States in major international culinary competitions. There are three divisions that make up the official team: national, youth and military. A new team is selected every four years. Participants dedicate their time to train, practice and compete together culminating with the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA), commonly referred to as the "culinary Olympics," in Erfurt, Germany in 2020.
Reimund Pitz, CEC, CCE, AAC, of Orlando, Florida, has been named the 2020 ACF Culinary Team USA manager and J. Kevin Storm, CEC, CCA, AAC, of St. Louis, Missouri, has been selected as assistant manager. Both chefs are accomplished competitors and have earned numerous medals in national and international competitions. Thirteen additional chefs will join Pitz and Storm to lead and manage ACF Culinary Team USA’s quest for the gold. Read the press release for more details.

Do you have experience and knowledge in the craft of cookery with the skill to produce cold food and hot cuisine at the highest possible level? Applications are currently being accepted for team members and pastry chefs for the 2020 ACF Culinary Team USA. The deadline is April 15, 2017.
Tryouts will be held in conjunction with Cook. Craft. Create. ACF National Convention & Show, July 10-13 in Orlando, Florida. Participants will compete in cold food, hot food and pastry. The 2020 ACF Culinary Team USA team members will be announced throughout the convention.
