2027 ACF National Convention

The ACF 2027 National Convention brings together more than 1,300 chefs, food service professionals, students, and competitors.

Call for Presenters

The American Culinary Federation invites chefs, restaurateurs, food artisans, and culinary educators to share their expertise at the 2027 ACF National Convention in Orlando.

Whether your topic relates to one of the trends featured in the ACF 2027 Trends Report or you have expertise in another area that would be of value to ACF chefs, this form is your opportunity to propose a seminar or demonstration-style session for consideration by the ACF events planning team.

Presenters selected for the 2027 ACF National Convention will receive a complimentary two-night hotel stay near the convention site, 5 CEHs and a discounted rate on registration should they wish to attend the rest of the convention. Proposals are due by January 15, 2027.
